extrox A4.1 / 4.1 supports EffectCraft (DL link) unofficially.
If flickering your effectcraft screen on your machine, Please set this settings.
Edit -> Preferences -> Startup Repair -> Windows Graphics -> "OpenGL"
and quit and Restart EffecCraft Application - Flickering will fix, wow!
